My goal was to lose weight, live a healthier life, and be more active.
I've lost 70 lbs in my weight loss journey so far - 10 lbs. on WAG.
I joined WAG after countless diet programs. I had already lost a considerable amount of weight but had plateaued. I wasn't feeling well, I wasn't feeling strong, my workouts were getting worse and I wasn't losing any weight. My coach helped me get my body healthy. The weight loss number hasn't decreased by much, but my body comp has definitely changed. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I have learned that the number doesn't matter. How I feel in my own skin and what I see in the mirror is what matters. I am gaining muscle and am physically able to do things I never have before. I have learned how to fuel my body and not diet.
My coach and the WAG program have helped to change my relationship with food, and my overall outlook on fitness and how to treat my body. Overall I am down over 70 lbs from my heaviest point, and I feel like I now have the mindset to finally keep it off. I hope to lose more, but I am in a good place with my journey.
