Eliminate stress eating, decrease body fat, improve performance
Oh man, where to start. I feel as though where I was mentally starting this program is a different universe than where I am now. Crosby, my coach was so patient through the process. He was able to help me identify my nutrition choices as stress eating, which, he made feel like it was something we could change.
I really struggled with an eating disorder, throughout the duration of working with Crosby, his ongoing support changed everything. This eating disorder has now been replaced with stretch-reading, real thing.
One piece of home work I had was to write down everything I stressed over, and separate the things I can control against the things I can't control. We found that I was stressing over a lot of what is out side my control. Which was a factor to my stress eating
The accountability of the coaching is the biggest thing for me, I'd kiss my coach if I could. He's a rock.
What this has done for mentally is amazing. The way I see life is so much more positive-plus having washboard abs is also pretty cool. In terms of performance, I've gotten stronger, faster, and ooooh baby let me tell you about pull ups. Sticking to whole food and staying positive. I don't know why anyone wouldn't do WAG.
