Add a little muscle mass while getting a little leaner
I started trying to count MACROs on my own, but I was not getting the results I wanted. After joining Team WAG, I quickly realized that my numbers were way off and not beneficial to my goals. My Coach, Ashley from WAG, has been an incredible help through the entire process, she was even able to help me through a week long work trip to The Netherlands where their eating habits our way different than ours (bonus - I learned how to calculate my Protein, Carbs, and Fat in Dutch)! I'm way leaner than I though I could be only 10 weeks in, while my strength numbers haven't dropped at all. And best of all, I still get to enjoy my nightly pint glass of chocolate milk!!!
