Goal

My goals in joining WAG was to improve performance for competitive CrossFit.

I had an initial weight loss of 8 lbs in a few months, then 12 lbs gain during a bulk.

I truly could not be happier with WAG... the program (and my coach specifically) really changed my life. I used to be someone who ate obsessively healthy and felt so guilty when I "cheated". I would pick myself apart in the mirror daily. Now, my mindset has totally changed.

WAG has taught me how to appreciate my body for what it can do, not just what it looks like. I actually weigh more now than I started WAG (something my coach has helped me be okay with), but I'm working out for 3 hours a day, lifting WAY heavier than before, running much faster, and feeling incredible. WAG helped me fuel my body for my sport and take good care of myself, but also gave me the freedom to be human and eat things I enjoy when I want to. I couldn't have done any of this without the support of my coach and the WAG community!

I am a completely different person/athlete than when I started over 2 years ago, and I couldn't be more thankful.
