I have lost roughly 8lbs. However weight loss was not my goal, performance was. I have become leaner and more muscular. My body composition has definitely changed from a "strong soft" to in my words just "strong."
I am very impressed with the WAG program. My coach was incredibly helpful and gave great advice. She was never hard on me or mean, just kept reminding me that this is what I wanted and my goals were attainable. It was the perfect combination of inspiration and drive. Exactly what I needed and was looking for.
