WAG has been incredible so far. My job entails me sitting down for 11 hours a day, and although I have a very athletic background and remain active, the margin for error in my eating habits is thin - and I work in an industry where wining and dining with clients and coworkers is very common. My coach Nicole has been so incredibly positive and has helped me to stay on track even when perfect adherence wasn’t possible. Since joining WAG I’ve dropped a dress size while increasing my strength across the board and improved my aerobic fitness, while also getting better sleep every night. The WAG community is also fantastic - people are so engaged and helpful and they also encourage you to celebrate yourself. All around it’s just such a positive group mindset and I’m so thankful I made the decision to become a part of it.
