Working with WAG I have lost weight and gained muscle. I also have had success leveling my blood sugar, increasing my energy, and creating better habits with food and sleep!
WAG is a great program because it keeps you accountable! Weekly check-ins are manageable and easy to do! My coach was spot on with my macros from the start and I instantly started seeing results! She also has done a great job educating me on macros and explaining why she is doing what she is doing!
