When I joined WAG, my main goal was to lose weight and change my relationship with food. I was a frequent dieter, who restricted to lose then eventually gained the weight back. I kept saying "Someone teach me how to eat an apple or a rice cake without going off my diet." I was really frustrated and needed a change of pace with my diet. I often would avoid going out to dinner or hang out with friends because I knew eating out or drinking would throw off any progress. WAG has taught me the skills to live my life, eat, and also see progress.
I have lost 15 pounds.
This program has honestly changed my life. I have learned so much about my strength throughout all of this as well. Not only have I lost weight, but most importantly changed my relationship with food and mentally become stronger. It was not easy, it was really really hard at times, frustrating, and sometimes I wanted to give up. However, WAG has the best support, coaches, and community that kept me going. The biggest reward for me is realizing the scale does not define who I am. I think my coach is stuck with me forever!!!
