Lean out & improve performance (performance was not initial goal but has become a major factor)
Lost 16 lbs - there has been no strength loss with the decrease in weight. Absolutely love the program. Having been close to 240 pounds during my mid-college years 2007-2010, I could never have imagine I would be able to look the way I do today. Have been an avid crossfitter from close to 4 years, with some time off during those years, and have never performed better than I am today. Prior to joining TeamWag, I tried paleo and was successful in dropping weight, however, never saw any real body composition changes. Also was 3 1/2 months post labrum surgery on shoulder when I joined. The coaches are extremely supportive and give very positive feedback and the Facebook group is awesome. The program can be tricky at first, but if you devote yourself to it, it becomes very simple. Just requires some dedication and self-control. But once you see the results, the self-control becomes a non-factor. As a commercial insurance agent, I am at a desk most of my day, other than coaching CF classes and training after work. My results truly are a result of TeamWag & following the macros given. One of the best parts is the people that have noticed my changes and are now motivated to make a change themselves.
