My goal was to lean out but still perform in the gym. I lost 12 lbs in the process.
I love the program! I love the encouragement and the faith the coach has in my abilities. Jessica catches on to all my comments and reads in between the lines. I wear the whoop to track my fitness and since being on WAG, I have proof I am getting healthier too. My heart rate variability is higher and my average resting heart rate is down. I like when I throw out ideas and get advice on how to work on the mental side of my habits around food, like dealing with the feeling of hunger and being comfortable with the discomfort. I only wish that we could do video messages for it to feel more personal.
