I wanted to lean out for my 40th birthday fitness photo shoot (professional pics by Stew Sowers of Seattle, WA).
I went from 131 lbs. to 126 lbs. and I gained 8 lbs. of lean muscle!
I honestly could not have accomplished my goal without WAG and my coach. I have been consistently doing CrossFit for a few years but never really paid much attention to the nutrition aspect of training. I knew if I wanted to accomplish my goal I needed an expert to help me. WAG offered just that! My coach created a dynamic plan that included not only the regular check-ins but if I was having trouble figuring out food choices or meal times she was there to answer all my questions and ease my concerns.
She adjusted my macros based on my activity level of training so I was comfortably working towards my goal of leaning out in a specific timeline. It was an aggressive but achievable goal with the right nutritional plan. The results were incredible! I feel strong and look amazing!
