In only 7 weeks, WAG has made a huge difference for me both physically and mentally. I have always been able to eat whatever I wanted and stay relatively thin, which has resulted in several short term diets when I wanted to lose a few pounds or try to eat more healthy. In the past two years, I started getting more serious about fitness and developed a good routine but my nutrition was never on point. I could stay strong for a few months here or there, but then I would give into cravings and not eat healthy for weeks. I've also noticed in my 30s that it isn't easy to drop a few pounds whenever I want to! My husband found out about WAG and I decided to go for it. I had seen enough of the transformation photos that I believed I could achieve my physical goals if I stuck to the plan, but what I didn't realize was how much WAG and my coach would help transform my mindset towards food, or how much I would benefit from the articles and close knit Facebook community. I have started to view food completely differently now, seeing it as "fuel" that can be enjoyed without emotional ties. The accountability with my weekly check-in has helped me stay on track and I have come back from two vacations where I have enjoyed food without the guilt of overeating, and still see progress on the scale each week. Finally, my experience with my coach has been full of support, encouragement, and a desire to see me succeed and help me tweak where necessary to keep making progress. Thank you WAG!
