My goal when I joined WAG was to get back to my old self. Mentally, I had been all over the place for the last few years. I really wanted to target the fundamental aspects of living... sleeping and eating. I had never tracked my intake before and by doing this I had hoped to improve my body image, self-confidence, sleep quality, energy level, and overall happiness. I have lost 13.8 pounds.
This program has helped my in a lot of ways. Ultimately, I am sleeping better, I have more energy, and my self-confidence has improved a ton. Thanks to this program, I have learned so much about myself emotionally, physically, and mentally. WAG works, and I would recommend it over and over.
