My goal in the beginning was to get around 62.4 kg as I was going to compete in a strongman competition and the weight category was under 62.5 kg. When I started working with my coach I was around 68-69 kg. Our target was to drop body weight/ % of body fat, maintaining my strengh and muscle mass during the process.
It was hard until I had to understand that my mindset needed to change to learn how to improve my relationship with food. My coach was amazing during the process, especially in my last week preparing for my competition. She taught me so much, not only about food, but also realizing that I’m capable of anything that I set my mind toward.
