My goal was to get to a stage where I was comfortable in my own body inside and out and still be capable of lifting heavy weights for my weightlifting competitions.
I went from a starting weight of 96kgs and am now 81kgs.
WAG is a program that is quite different to anything else I have tried. It is so much more than just 'losing weight' or that "8-week weight loss challenge". It's about the journey, not the destination and it's not just another diet.
WAG has been a lifestyle change for me and changing the headspace that I did have towards food and building a better relationship with it has been so beneficial for me. I seriously cannot thank my coach enough for the endless support she has had for me over the last year, she has helped me become the person I am today and the person I continue to grow into.
