I love WAG, this was exactly what I needed. Alexa has been awesome and super helpful with helping me understand what I needed to do and why. Having someone to be accountable for everyday has made a world of a difference for me! It's exactly what I needed to achieve my goals. Having a coach always there, no judgement when you may go a little off but always encouraging you to get right back on track has been amazing. I think anyone that is looking to achieve some body goals either gaining or losing weight should definitely consider WAG, it's completely worth it! I've even suggested it to some friends that were wondering about a nutrition coach.
