My goal was to lose weight and look toned. I have lost 20 lbs!
WAG is amazing. My coach is amazing. Throughout my time with WAG I have experienced many physical and mental changes. I was a slave to food before WAG. I Would binge one day and eat nothing the next day. Because of WAG, I feel empowered and in charge of my life and food choices. I used to use words like “I can’t eat this”, but now I say, “I am choosing to eat this or not eat this”. Food no longer has a hold on me. I no longer use words like “I’m cheating today” because I no longer have that type of relationship with food. I have learned a lot about nutrient-dense foods, nutrient timing, and how to forgive myself for errors and flaws that occur along my journey.
I truly believe that WAG has helped me accomplish many things in the gym because I am fueling my body correctly with the help of my coach. From legless rope climbs to many new PRs on lifts, I have pushed myself beyond my limits. I always dreamed of the relationship with food that I have now, I never thought it was “for me” or “doable”. But I’m here now, doing it, and trying as hard as I can!
