My goal was to shed a few pounds but mostly, to firm up, what I like to call, "skinny fat." I started at 140 and currently at 130, 10 pounds down!
This program has helped me tremendously!! Not only have I shed the weight I wanted to lose but I'm, overall, just feeling better. Tracking what I eat has been so eye-opening to what I had been putting in my body before, which I thought was pretty good at the time. I've got more energy, feel well-rested and find myself less irritable. It's amazing how positively your body responds when you change your intake. My coach, Nicole, has been there every step of the way! From suggesting healthy food options when I just can't seem to meet my carb goal without blowing my fat goal, to words of encouragement when I was too busy to make it to the gym or fell short of my food goals to giving me a swift kick when I suggested my upcoming week was going to be a disaster before it had even started. I also love the weekly emails I get from Team WAG with recipes and helpful tips for tracking and meeting my goals. I've never felt better and I owe it all to WAG!
