Lose pregnancy weight and obtain the pre pregnancy fit body (and make it better than it was)
For me, WAG has been the perfect blueprint to re-building my new, post-partum body. After doing my own thing for a while with little success, I realized that I needed some additional help. I was eating how I thought I should, but I was completely crashing in my workouts which made me even more frustrated with my post-partum state. My clothes didn't fit and I was trying so hard to 'get it back.' I did not know how much I should be eating to fuel my body, and I was so scared to gain more weight that I didn't want to change what I was doing drastically. I knew however that something needed to change, but I just wasn't sure what. My coach Alexa Mina is guiding me through this process and has been such an awesome resource and source of support. I have learned a lot and am still learning!!! I have exceled in the gym and made huge improvements over a very short period of time! It has been such a cool process to see my performance change from week to week and lose weight!!! I didn't think this was possible! I cannot wait to see what changes we will make in the next few weeks!
