My goal when I joined WAG was to improve my overall wellness. I have always been very active and been working out for many years. Always trying to eat healthy and thought I was eating healthy. But never saw the progress that I wanted to see. For that reason, I was curious about what would happen if I would take my nutrition to another level. I have lost 6 kg. and my body composition is on another level, I feel stronger, fitter and feel energized.
I never would believe how much I have learned since I started with WAG. My nutrition game is on a whole new level. I feel like I did not know anything about food and my relationship with food seven months ago. You learn so much about how you are fuelling your body and what is really right and wrong for you. And all the extra bonuses that you discover like how much better my sleep became, I became more positive and better prepared for everything that life throws at me.
The one on one coaching is unbelievably good. Because you can really feel how much your coach cares about you, and is willing to help you with everything in a motivating way. The check in every week, where you send your coach how your week went. I am always excited to do my check-in. Where you have a place to talk openly about how you feel and what went wrong and what went well. WAG will always get my 100% recommendation because I know how good this program is and it has changed my life to the better in so many ways.
