My goal was to lose weight and eat to fuel my goals.
WAG is AMAZING! When I joined WAG I was just expecting to get some macros, follow the macros and lose weight. However, it was so much more than that. Yes, there were macros and yes I lost weight. On my journey with my coach it was much more about learning my habits around food and some self-destructive behavior. So learning "why" I eat (or overeat) was something that I will have in my toolbox for the rest of my life. The learning about myself was the biggest takeaway from my journey with WAG.
So for me, it was not just macros and diet it was much more a self-exploration around food.
