To initially lose body fat for the summer then start a lean bulk to end up around 170lbs
When I started I knew there was something that I was missing when it came to tracking and counting macros but I wasn't sure what. I wasn't getting the results that I was hoping for on my own even though I was losing weight. In the first contact between Francesco and I the reason I wasn't seeing the results on my own was very clear. Each check in has been extremely encouraging. Working out daily in a deficit can be a challenge and having someone give you encouraging feedback on not only on the numbers that you have adhered too but also the changes in your body competition is important. Sometimes you can't see the differences since you see yourself daily and having your coach point out the changes helps push you forward. The Facebook group has been great as well. Seeing what others have gone through and how they've been able to succeed are great. The community is fantastic and the recipes that I've found are invaluable. I can't express enough how great my time has been and regardless of where you're coming from, your time with WAG will be well spent.
