Lose fat while maintaining muscle/improve performance
The day I weighed in for the questionnaire was 198lbs and the day I started the program I was 195lbs. 16 weeks later I am now 168.8lbs! My waist size went from a 34 to a 31 while my T shirts all fit the same if not tighter! In the last 16 weeks I've PR'd pretty much every lift more than once. Went from struggling to do 3 muscle ups to doing 10 unbroken. And workouts that used to crush me(pull ups/running) are now some of my favorite. The coaching has been great, super supportive, informative and sets you up for success. Definitely hated the emails with cuts to my macros but seeing the changes in your body and drastic changes in performance every week made it much easier. Looking forward to changing my goal and begin reverse dieting!
