I wanted a six-pack and to eat in order to perform well. I lost about 15 pounds!
WAG is amazing. I ate fairly clean before starting. I thought I knew what I was eating and I thought I knew how much. I was not drastically overweight. I did not have a terrible body image. I joined WAG because I wanted to look better, and I also wanted to learn more about nutrition. With the help of my coach, not only did I learn more about the foods I was eating, I learned a lot about myself too. WAG's program allows you to be yourself and accomplish your goals. Your coach, the community, and other WAG resources will be there every step of the way. It is not easy. If it were easy, then everybody would do it. The good news is you CAN do it, and WAG can give you the tools and resources to help you achieve your goals.
