I love it! Not only have I lost body fat and become leaner than I ever have been but I have also gotten stronger and faster. Through WAG I have learned to view food differently and be more conscientious about the foods I choose to eat. The accountability and support I receive from my coach have been a key factor in my journey to reach my goals.
