My goal was to lose my baby weight and use my maternity leave to develop better eating habits and get into great shape.
I've lost my baby weight and more! I'm down over 20 pounds and have also gained more muscle mass!
WAG has been fantastic. My coach has provided the accountability I need while also being such a cheerleader. It's given me the flexibility to still enjoy the foods I love (and to stress-bake during quarantine!) while making huge progress. I've learned how to manage my meals in a way that keeps me satisfied and feeling like I'm fueling my body properly. Having a coach in my corner has helped me navigate parties, vacations, and other big events successfully- enjoying myself without guilt or fear. She's also helped me fuel my workouts properly so I've set both weightlifting and half marathon PRs during the course of the program.
I started the program wanting to lose the weight I'd gained during my pregnancy as fast as possible, but am so thankful that it was slow and steady and that, 18 months later, I'm in the best shape of my life. I look forward so much to my check-ins with my coach, whether I've been struggling and need some support or have been crushing it and want to celebrate!
