This is Kate's success after only 6 months - 15lbs loss, and NEVER has been concerned with the scale. She just eats healthy, eats consistently, works out 3-4 times a week, and sleeps a consistent amount of hours each day (when she isn't working night shift as a nurse, haha). She works very hard, but the one overarching theme she keeps is "simplicity". She knows her work schedule could change at any moment, her workouts could be cut short, and life throws curve balls left and right. She chooses simple and tasty meals that are easy to prepare and plans ahead the best she can. Her journey is not over yet but she works hard week in and week out to achieve her goals, and the WHOLE time, has a positive attitude no matter what comes her way.
