My goal was to understand where my calories were going, have a better relationship with food and ultimately to lose weight, gain muscle and maintain weight loss. I have lost fat and also gained muscle. I am stronger and feel leaner overall. My performance in the gym has increased dramatically and overall I feel like a well-fueled machine.
The WAG program is phenomenal. I feel as though I have connected greatly with my coach, have a better understanding of my eating habits and have pleasure in cooking and creating my own meals. The Alumni program is a bit more challenging as you do not have the weekly check-ins but having my coach available via email has been outstanding. I continue to come to her with questions, concerns, successes, and failures. I fail often, there's no doubt about it. I am human! But I feel confident letting her know, working through it and overcoming the challenges next time.
