My goal when joining WAG was to lose body fat and have a healthier, more well-rounded relationship with food. I wanted to become more efficient in my movements at CrossFit and create habits that would allow me to take my training to the next level.
I've lost about 33 pounds at this point, with weight loss as the goal.

I have loved the WAG program! I was concerned with weighing myself every day as I was worried it was going to make me feel obsessed with that measure of progress. However, it's actually been really amazing to have so many different data points to see progress, with weight just being one of them. My performance in the gym has improved so much that the results are undeniable. My coach is a positive influence to ground me when I find myself getting caught up in one form of progress not going the way I'd like. It's been amazing to have so many people ask me what I'm doing differently who also notice the difference, and to be able to share with them how wonderful WAG has been!
