I have nothing but good things to say about WAG. From the coaching to the additional information they provide to help you stay on track with your goals, they are a fantastic organization. Your coach isn’t just there to help you stay accountable, they are there to teach you and help guide you during the journey. My coach would send me weekly tips ranging from meal prep, to recipes, to podcasts, to tips on eating out. I never felt like I was alone during my journey!
