This program has been great. I have tried every diet under the sun and though they have worked, they were not maintainable. I have always been a very good athlete but my body never resembled that. At my crossfit gym, I was in the top 5 for strength and performance. I was always at the top of the board but didn't feel I deserved it because I wasn't "ripped". I wanted to be able to take my shirt off and not be a little ashamed because I dont have the body of a good athlete. I am a very confident person and never embarrassed about anything but my body is the one thing I know needed work. I found WAG and got on the program and saw results right away. I was eating more food that I ever had and was losing weigh and inches. And I was eating some sort of candy or sweets everyday. What diet lets you do that and still get progress. The other thing that I have learned from this program is that food is just a fuel. Our culture puts way to much emphasis on flavor and satiating your cravings. Don't get me wrong, I love pizza and candy and chocolate. I have now just found ways to incorporate them and still hit my goals. I could not be happier with my progress and am super excited to continue. My body and fitness will always be a focus and I will never stop making myself better.
