My goal in joining WAG was to build a better relationship with food and change my body composition. I lost 14 pounds in my cut and sitting about 10 lbs from where I started in my maintenance. Next up is bulking!
This program was exactly what I needed. I didn’t have a very good understanding of the relationship I had created with food. My coach helped me understand how to use food for fuel and it’s amazing feeling the difference between a post refeed day and a rest day. I’ve never felt better in my own skin and I am eating more than ever. I am so psyched to say I am currently completing the WAG Nutrition Certification and hope someday I can provide the same support I received from my coach!
