My goals were to get shredded and stronger! I lost more than 10 pounds on the program so far.
I feel deeply honored to have been invited to write my transformation story here. So if there’s one thing really important in my story, it is that WAG totally works! Before I found WAG, I tried paleo and keto, neither of it really worked for me and I was not satisfied with my body image. I was pretty sure there was something wrong with my nutrition just don’t know where the problem was. Then my story begins with WAG.
I still found it incredible it only took me less than two months to lose more than 10 pounds and the best part is if I plan well and choose the right food, I can eat a lot in a whole day! It was quite funny,my first day experience on WAG, I ended up starving and trying so hard to use my willpower to eat only 8 blueberries and one protein shake for dinner just because I ate cheeseburger and fries for lunch, obviously had no more macros (especially carbs and fats) for the next meal (wrong strategy!).
I really appreciate that I have an amazing coach. She is very professional and supportive and the only thing I need to do is to trust her and trust the program and she just keeps me accountable and makes sure I am on the right path. From my perception, I became more aware of what and how much I need to eat and formed the habit to check every nutrition label back on the food carefully before I put it into the mouth.
Now I guess I really enjoy the process, I will not see the scale and preparing my own food or discipline myself not getting a drink on a Saturday night as sacrifices, I just see it as helping to achieve small steps towards my goal: stay mindfully, be strong and live a healthy and happy life.
