My goals were to lose weight, learn about nutrition, feel comfortable in a bathing suit. I have successfully lost 25 pounds!

I love WAG and wish I had known about it sooner. I am thrilled with my progress so far. I have lost weight and feel comfortable in my own skin again. My coach has taught me about nutrition, goal setting, the importance of sleep and hydration. She has provided me with guidance on what to do when I want to turn to food. Now when I feel the need to eat I stop and think about what is going on, what I am feeling, what can I do instead of eating to get through the situation.

Meditation is now part of my daily routine and I have noticed that I feel calmer and at ease. I am still working with my coach to continue my transformation. I am so glad I joined!
