Fat loss ( To get myself over the last hump of my weight loss journey)
My fitness journey began almost four years ago. Over the years there was no diet or method of eating I hadn't tried to drop weight. Despite working out 6-7 times a week I came face to face with the hardest point in any fitness journey - I hit a plateau and nothing I was doing previously worked anymore. I was told that being a 40 year old mother of three there was only so much I could do change my body, and I should lessen my expectations. Well, I wasn't having any of that! Plateau, my a**! It was time to bring in the experts, and so I turned to WAG. I was never looking for quick results, just results. And in only 16 weeks I have broken through that stubborn plateau and lost 15.4 lbs. I am consistently building lean muscle mass while dropping body fat, and feeling stronger than ever in the gym. What I love about this amazing program is that I’m able to still eat the foods I love while working towards my goals. It is incredible what a little discipline, consistency, good nutrition, and regular exercise, can do for your body. Thanks to this amazing program, I am proud to say, 40 never felt or looked so good!
