Haley came to WAG for the 2nd time because she was ready to change her body composition. This time because she was 4.5 months postpartum. Haley was trying to manage her nutrition on her own, which she did a really good job! She lost about 25 pounds on her own, but reached a sticking point and wasn’t sure what to do next. Haley leaned on me with all of her trust, which I so appreciated. She followed every suggestion and even made a few lifestyle changes. What she didn’t change was the fact that she wanted to continue to eat out at least once a week and occasionally enjoy an alcoholic beverage, and I was OK with that! I gave her a few guidelines to consider and she was very willing to keep all that in mind.

Throughout our 1 year journey together, we have reached so many milestones. She has been able to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight (actually beyond that!! Haley is the leanest she has ever been!) and she has also gained so much fitness. Haley currently runs laps around everyone and she has hit all time strength PRs in the gym (back squatting almost 100 pounds OVER body weight!). She is stronger, faster, and leaner… with a little 1 year old kiddo!

Haley’s journey has not been a walk in the park. She has gone through job changes, a move across the country, illnesses, navigating life as a first-time-mom of a newborn, and so much more! Yet, she has stayed as consistent as she could through all of these situations and did her best. Over time, her efforts have paid off. This year's journey has improved her mindset around food and how important it is to fuel her body with balanced nutrition. I am so proud of Haley and she inspires me that anything is possible no matter how busy you may be.
