Increase my performance at CrossFit while developing a better relashionship with food.
I heard about the program after my coach posted about his progress; he said so many good things about accountability, better performance and overall feeling that I decided to try it myself. I've always been a perfectionist, but it shouldn't be taken as a compliment; everything worked 8 or 80 for me. Either I would binge on foods that were not considered healthy or not eat them at all. After joining the program I was added in the members Facebook group and started to see with my own eyes the support and others tools that I once heard off - including pictures, tips, live-streaming with coaches, etc. Matching my numbers with the macros that my nutrition coach (Crosby Lee) gave me is nothing more than a fun game to play, and by winning this game I'm also committing to a better performance and accomplishing my goals. Anyone willing to dominate nutrition and it's effect on daily tasks or performance should give this program a try, I'm more than thankful for the knowledge that all the members are constantly given.
