I joined WAG primarily to lose weight and for asthetics (Going after that six-pack).
WAG has been incredibly powerful and life-changing. Through various diets I’ve lost weight and then subsequently gained it back, and furthermore even when I lost weight, I was “skinny” but not fit. So when my wife joined WAG and recommended it to me, I was skeptical because I was tired of yo-yoing. When I first joined, I was basically going through the motions. I needed to see to believe. What I found is that once I started giving WAG an honest chance I noticed changes. My change was not fast. It was, and still is, rather slow. But the rate of change was steady. Ultimately I started to feel better, and more capable. My work inside the gym became easier, and I was able to push my self harder and into new spaces (muscle-ups, handstand push ups). WAG works for me because of the connection I get with my coach, and the flexibility and sustainability of the program to continue with success over time.
