I was looking to loose some extra weight and maybe even drop a weight class. But strength was top priority so I wanted to do it right. WAG really got me on the right path to being a lean mean lifting machine! Loosing weight went really fast and strength stayed up. I even got some squat pr’s during my cut. Dropping a weight class was easier than I thought and I had much more fat to loose than I thought. All the time I have hardly felt any hunger and my energy has been really high. In the meantime I really learned a lot about food and t’s macronutrient content and the way I serves to fuel my physical activity. I would recommend WAG to anyone trying to get their diet on point!
