I had been doing CrossFit for about two years and I just wanted more. I wanted to be faster, stronger, and more educated about my abilities. I started around 185 pounds and I am now 158 pounds.
WAG has changed everything for me from the way I eat to the way I sleep and perform in the gym. Since I have joined WAG I have seen massive improvements in my strength, conditioning, sleep, and most importantly my recovery. My views on nutrition have completely changed. I no longer train to eat I now eat to train and I am able to do multiple training sessions a day and feel amazing. For the first time in my life, I am excited about how I look and feel. Crossfit is my fire but when you add WAG to the mixture it’s just simply explosive!!!
My coach Amy has been amazing. She is always available to give me advice and guidance when I need it the most. Without her help, I would not have been able to do this. Thank you, Amy, and thank you WAG. I am very happy and excited to be part of the WAG culture.
