TestimonialI've lost a total of 11 pounds and dropped to the 63kg weight class. When I first joined WAG over 6 months ago, it was initially because I was looking for some guidance on how to fine-tune my diet. I had recently lost weight by eating restrictively, but had found I wasn't reaching my goals from a performance or aesthetic perspective. I began working with my amazing coach Kate Hart, and soon realized that I had been under-eating. Initially it was scary to be eating so much food, but it became obvious very quickly that I needed all of that food to fuel my workouts and my busy days. It was only a few weeks before I began to notice a big difference in how I felt and looked. I have found that one of the most beneficial aspects of this program has been the accountability of checking in with my coach, and I look forward to our weekly check-ins! Throughout this process there have definitely been times when I've doubted myself, and it's been incredibly reassuring to be able to talk to her about it and receive feedback on how to approach certain issues. It's been a wonderful feeling to discover that no food is off-limits and I can treat myself, in moderation, with foods that I had once cut out of my diet all together. It's also a relief to not feel guilty or like I need to punish myself with a workout for something I've consumed. I finally have a healthy relationship with food and I attribute this to both the versatility of this program, and my coach's ability to guide me through the process. I never thought that at after 2 kids and 38 years that I would have the body and confidence that I've always wanted! Thank you Kate, and the supportive community at WAG!
