My initial goals were: 1. I wanted to become lighter and leaner. 2. I wanted to see if my athletic performance could be improved with a change in my diet.
I've lost over 25 pounds so far!
Since becoming a WAG member in 2018, I have not only lost 25 lbs., but I have also become leaner, fitter, and stronger. Over the course of the past several months, with the help of my coach, I have put on 5 lbs. of lean body mass. In my 50s, I’m in the best shape of my life! I enjoy being dialed into my nutrition and seeing how it impacts my health and performance. Counting my macros gives me boundaries, which simplifies my daily routine, and grounds me mentally, which has been very helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic. Enough cannot be said as well of the value of being held accountable to a coach. As a WAG member for 2+ years, I am very grateful for the continued support and guidance from my coach as my life and practice evolve. Thank you WAG!
