I love this program. When I started WAG, I was so frustrated. I was working so hard in the gym, eating a squeaky "clean" diet. But wasn't seeing or feeling the results I should have. Pictures made me sad. And I had plateaued everywhere else. I wondered if I had to settle for "this is me in my mid-30s" mindset. I wasn't sure what my body needed to perform at it's best but I was willing to try something new. Within weeks of starting WAG, I felt strength and energy in the gym skyrocket and people started noticing my body composition. Haaay! I've hit gymnastics, endurance, and strength PRs. Not all of my weeks on WAG have been personal successes, I have had some setbacks, but I've stayed consistent and I've learned consistency wins. I've also learned exactly what I need to do to succeed. I know what makes me feel good and perform to the best of my abilities. And I have to say, this program has sparked a passion for nutrition! The online community is nothing but supportive, helpful, and inspiring and the coaches are responsive, knowledgeable, and have genuine integrity. I cannot wait to see what 2017 in WAG brings for me. This program has helped make me a better coach, athlete, wife, mom and woman overall.
