It was amazing! I’m a busy mom of 4, and usually, I could lose the baby weight by working out. However, after baby 4, I couldn’t kick those last 10-12 pounds! Enter WAG and my coach which totally changed my thinking on how much food really matters!! After every check-in, my coach wrote long, in-depth responses that encouraged me every week!
My favorite part of tracking macros was I never had to “diet”! I was able to eat at restaurants/things I enjoyed, and my coach would help me figure out how to make them fit into my daily count! I think most people are like me— I was barely eating half the amount of protein I should have been prior to joining WAG and by tweaking things here and there the weight came off without me having to hit the gym!
