So far I have lost about 7kg’s while with WAG. I feel better training than i have in years and haven’t lost any strength like i have in the past when i have lost weight.
I would recommend WAG to anybody trying to loose/maintain weight while improving athletes performance. I have found it easier than i first thought to follow the program. With a bit of planning there is no reason why you can’t have the occasional treat with the kids or beer with friends.
