Originally the goal was to become leaner got down to 7% body fat to improve my performance in the gym. In October I started bulking and have gone from an average weight of 177 to 189 pounds.
I truly believe in the WAG program. I feel it brings the right amount of awareness to people about the proper methods of sound nutrition. WAG does a great job at educating you on how to be successful and how to truly make lifestyle changes so the results gained from the program can be permanent.
