My goal was weight loss combined with long-term nutrition skills and knowledge. I've lost 10 Pounds (give or take).
The program has given me the framework and tools to balance out my nutrition during periods of crazy work and particularly travel commitments, which often see me travel 2-3 days per week interstate. I have found the checkin process to be helpful to keep me focused and on track with a quiet feeling of ‘my coach sitting on my shoulder right before I make bad eating choices’, knowing that my checkin is right around the corner. This has helped me eat consistently and win mental battles particularly when busy and traveling.
