I wanted to get healthy by getting closer to my ideal body weight which would help me in my lifting, being a parent, live longer for my kids, and 6 pack abs (eventually).
I've lost 64 lbs. so far.
The WAG program has been exactly what I hoped it would be and more. It forced me to really learn to find ways to eat what I wanted and make progress - this is a sustainable plan. I wanted to start and learn techniques that I could use for the rest of my life - that's what WAG is all about. My coach is a great communicator, which can be a challenge communicating online. But my coach has done well and knew when to nudge, and when not to, but always, always, listened.
