I absolutely love Team WAG. Being a college student and CrossFit athlete, it's hard to find time and motivation to diet consistently. Having a nutrition coach by your side every day makes it so much more enjoyable. Tracking macros has become a game to me now! I want to hit my macros every day perfectly because I've seen the results and want to keep seeing them!
