I am eternally thankful to everyone at WAG, particularly my coaches. I needed someone to hold me accountable and guide me towards my goals. Someone to encourage me when I'm down on myself and motivate me to do better. Someone to help me learn from my mistakes but also celebrate my accomplishments. WAG coaches do just that and so much more. The community is incredibly warm, encouraging, and inspirational. I knew this journey would be a long one but the result is greater than I could have ever imagined. I have new found confidence that applies not just to the physical aspect but also the mental.
